Maple House B&B>>Rates<<

Prices: All prices are per night for double occupancy and include a full homegrown, homemade, hearty breakfast, use of all Maple House amenities, as well as Pelham Lake Park facilities.

Price for two: Rooms # 3 and # 4 with shared bath $80 per night. Rooms # 1 and # 2 with private bath $100 per night.

Single: Shared bath $60, private bath $80

Extra person in room: $20

Deposit policy: 50% deposit required within 7 days. $50 cancellation fee per room up to 14 days before your stay. After that a refund is made only if we are able to fill the rooms.

Stay 5 nights and the 6th night is free!
